You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons to withdraw this contract. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date, you have taken the final goods in possession or a third party other than the carrier, to exercise your right. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You can fill in the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website electronically and submit via email. If you make use of this opportunity, we will provide you with a confirmation after receipt of your withdrawal (via e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us, cheapest standard delivery option), and repay within 14 days from the date on which the notification has been received about your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be not charged for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods in an undamaged, unopened and re-sell appropriate state. You have to return the goods immediately and in any event within 7 days from the date on which you informed us of any cancellation of this contract to us. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
