While we always strive to provide you with accurate information. We will not assume any responsibility for errors or omission on our website, or for any failure to update them. We reserve the right to change or eliminate any part of our website without notice.

Making a purchase

We offer the possibility to order conveniently via our online-shop or by e-mail. For mutual safety, orders are not accepted by telephone. As for your and for our own safety and security, we have chosen PayPal as our partner to take payments. You can use a creditcard or debitcard with no PayPal-account needed. You can also use a current PayPal-account and transfer funds direct from your bank account worldwide. As safety and security is our highest priority all data transfers are secured via a SSL-certificate.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped within 5 working days. As we try to ship every item the most ecological way, it can take 5 – 10 days until the order arrives. If you need any items urgently – express deliveries are possible on request through our contact form. Your delivery can be tracked.

Warranty

Basically, we grant two years of implied warranty on all items, as alleged by law.

Transport damage/complaints

We kindly ask our customers to report evident defects as to quality within one week of receipt of goods. In the event of transport damage, which is already visible externally, we ask you to control the parcel immediately and to let the carrier give you a written confirmation of the damage.

Rights of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons to withdraw this contract. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date, you have taken the final goods in possession or a third party other than the carrier. To exercise your right, you have to submit a clear and written statment to Woodman’s Finest, Kleinzwettl 2a, 3852 Gastern, Austria, info[at]woodmans-finest.com (mail letter or e-mail ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You can fill in the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website electronically and submit via email. If you make use of this opportunity, we will provide you with a confirmation after receipt of your withdrawal (via e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the withdrawal before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us, cheapest standard delivery option), and repay within 14 days from the date on which the notification has been received about your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be not charged for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods in an undamaged, unopened and re-sell appropriate state. You have to return the goods immediately and in any event within 7 days from the date on which you informed us of any cancellation of this contract to us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The order confirmation is sent out immediately after placing your order, but does not constitute a contract acceptance. We can accept your order by sending out a contract note per e-mail or by sending out the goods within 5 days.
